AN EXTREMELY LIMITED RUN OF ONLY 784 HORNET SC 360 SUPER COUPES WERE BUILT IN 1971. OF THESE, APPROXIMATELY 19 WERE 360 CU. IN., 3 SPEED MANUAL EXAMPLES. ACCORDING TO THE HORNET REGISTRY, MAINTAINED BY NOTED AMC HISTORIAN EDDIE STAKES, FOUR OF THESE ARE KNOWN TO EXIST TODAY. THIS BEAUTY HAS BEEN IN STORAGE, AND OUT OF CIRCULATION, SINCE 1977. FOLLOWING AN EXTENSIVE UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, THE HORNET CURRENTLY APPEARS AS IT DID THE DAY IT ROLLED OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE, AN AMC TIME CAPSULE!

Originally sold at Courtesy American Co. in Amarillo, TX. Until we shipped it to Wauconda, the car spent it's whole life in Amarillo! Absolute lazer straight, all original body panels. Bone dry body panels, floors, and trunk floor. Brand new Mustard Yellow base coat/clear coat paint. New Black SC Stripes. Glass is tinted all the way around and in excellent condition. All original chrome and stainless has been repolished and looks like new. Magnum wheels with brand new radial tires. Show quality exterior.

Original Black vinyl factory interior. Seats, dash, door panels, steering wheel, sill plates, etc. are all in excellent condition. New carpet. Factory AM radio. Pop out quarter windows. Factory Air Conditioning. Power Steering. Power Brakes.
